Ann starred in the 1981 Broadway musical MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and directed by Harold Prince. Ann won the 1982 Theatre World Award for the show.
She returned to Broadway for Stephen Sondheim in a Sondheim tribute CHILDREN AND ART and in 2007 to work with Harold Prince in LOVEMUSIK.
She has starred in the West End in London, : PEG. Off Broadway: GOBLIN MARKET (Drama Desk Nomination), FORBIDDEN BROADWAY. Ann has done massive regional theater across the country.
She can be seen on television, has 15 recordings, and has done countless cabarets and concerts throughout the U.S. and England.
As a writer/ performer of solo theatre: THE AWEN TRILOGY, ANNIE’S CELTIC KITCHEN, WORD PAINTING: SOLILOQUIES AROUND AN EASEL, TREVOR’S FIRE (Best Premiere award from the United Solo Festival). and LINDA LOVELY GOES TO BROADWAY (Best Actress award from the United Solo Festival). Her play AIMEE AND THE XMOX has been performed in colleges.
